An Entire Campus Just For 3 Year-Olds

We are the only preschool that devotes an entire campus to 3 year-olds with bright, cheerful classrooms, large gymnasium, indoor heated pool and playground. While the campus is large, the family atmosphere and small class size help our youngest students feel safe as they make the transition from home to school.

And, while the idea of a “campus approach” may sound big for children so little, giving them a chance to move from one type of classroom or educational activity to another throughout the day provides stimulation, keeps the schedule interesting and breaks up the routine so they don’t get restless.

Like Swim Lessons, Gym & Yoga

Designed to make learning fun and develop cognitive, motor and socialization skills, the curriculum includes a wide range of age-appropriate activities that help three year-olds learn how to listen, follow directions and begin to solve problems.

It goes way beyond colors, shapes, numbers and letters. Each week, students take science, music, art, computers, writing readiness and Spanish plus extras most preschools do not include like yoga, which keeps them centered and focused, and physical education -- where they learn balance, eye-hand coordination and even how to shoot baskets.

In addition, preschoolers at Seashore are taught to swim in their own 3-foot indoor heated pool, which is small enough and warm enough to put them at ease in the water. Lessons are so successful most of the class can swim without floats by the end of the year.

These seasoned professionals – many who have been on our staff for more than 10 years -- know how to help young children build confidence and competence as they explore the world beyond their homes.
